Hello,
I'm currently seeking to employ One financial analyst to perform responsibilities as below:
(a) Interact with Chinese investors in Mandarin in the whole procedure of raising capital and financial analyzing including extensive financial analysis, valuation analysis and pro forma financial modeling: Comparable Companies Analysis (Trading Comps), Precedent Transactions Analysis, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Analysis and Leveraged Buyout (LBO) Analysis.
(b) Identify key issues and potential areas of transaction risk considering Chinese corporate law and tax law policies.
(c) Design market strategy to Chinese investors with deep understanding of Chinese business culture.
(d) Provide consulting advice from Chinese culture perspective as native speaker in day-to-day operation.
(e) Participate in management meetings and due diligence meetings and communicate with Chinese investors in Mandarin.
(f) Provide on-going support for Chinese investors with respect to the portfolio of investments.
(g) Prepare compelling presentations and descriptive offering memorandums which make sense to Chinese investors.
(h) Make required data available to investors, banks and lending institutions.

The monthly rate is $7,000 plus $2,000+ bonus depending on the success of the project. The employment starts from 10/01/2017 to 07/31/2020. The work location is Charlotte, North Carolina.

Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
